PRIVACY POLICY
WE MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS
This page explains how the Alzamantes.com website processes the personal data of its visitors. This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data Controller
The Controller of the personal data collected through this website is:
- Controller: Dario Tornaghi
- Registered address: Via Marcora 13/15, 20097 San Donato Milanese (MI)
- Contact email: info@alzamantes.com
2. Types of Data Collected and Purposes
A. Contact and newsletter subscription forms
The contact form collects your name, email address, message subject and message content; providing a telephone number is optional. These data are used to respond to requests for information or quotations. Fields marked as required are necessary to submit and handle your request.
Newsletter subscription forms collect your email address solely to send updates about Alzamantes concerts, based on your consent. Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not, in itself, subscribe you to the newsletter.
Technical service provider: Web3Forms
The contact and newsletter subscription forms, including those in the footer, use Web3Forms, a service operated by Web3Creative. Data are transmitted to the provider over HTTPS to receive, process and forward requests to the Controller. For data submitted through the forms, Web3Creative acts as a processor under its data processing agreement (DPA).
The service also processes technical data, such as IP addresses and submission timestamps, and uses infrastructure and security providers. Its privacy policy also states that IP addresses and email addresses may be shared with the CleanTalk and Akismet anti-spam services.
Web3Creative operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple geographical regions, so data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. The provider's DPA includes standard contractual clauses for transfers requiring these safeguards. The agreement and the list of subprocessors are available in the documents linked below.
Email and manual newsletter management
Requests submitted through the forms are received in the info@alzamantes.com mailbox. The Controller retains contact form messages in that mailbox to handle requests and related correspondence.
For the newsletter, only the subscriber's email address is recorded in a contact list in the webmail address book. Messages are sent manually from info@alzamantes.com, with subscribers placed in blind carbon copy (BCC) so that their addresses are not visible to other recipients.
Hosting and email services are provided by Netsons S.r.l.; webmail is accessed using Roundcube software. Netsons therefore provides the infrastructure used to store email and the address book. Further information is available in the Netsons Privacy Policy.
B. Order Shipping (Merchandise and Records)
When an order form is completed to purchase CDs or T-shirts, the following data are collected: first name, surname, shipping address, postcode and city.
- Purpose: These data are processed solely to fulfil the order, prepare the parcel and ship the purchased items.
- Payment data: Payments are handled entirely through the third-party Satispay platform. The Controller does not access, collect or store users' banking or credit card details in any way.
3. Legal Basis and Retention Period
Data processing for information requests and shipping is based on taking pre-contractual steps or performing a contract. Processing for the newsletter is based on the user's explicit consent.
The Controller retains data only for as long as strictly necessary to handle requests or complete shipping. Data used to send the newsletter are retained until the user requests to unsubscribe.
For copies of submissions retained by Web3Forms, the provider states a maximum retention period of three years from submission, unless a shorter period applies to the plan in use or the data are deleted earlier. This technical retention is separate from the use of the email address to send the newsletter.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
Under the GDPR, users have the right at any time to:
- Request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data.
- Withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time by emailing info@alzamantes.com.
- Request restriction of processing or object to processing.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante Privacy).
5. Cookie Policy (Third-Party Services and Tracking)
This website does not use its own profiling cookies or direct analytics systems (such as Google Analytics). However, the website integrates third-party services that may place technical, analytics or profiling cookies on the user's device.
To display fonts and icons, the website also uses external resources: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), Font Awesome (use.fontawesome.com) and Cloudflare's cdnjs CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Loading these resources involves connections to the providers' servers, which receive the IP address and the technical data needed to handle the request, such as browser information. Loading an external resource does not, in itself, imply that cookies are installed. Further information is available in the Cookie Policy and in the providers' privacy policies linked there.
The third-party services used on this website that may place cookies are:
A. YouTube (Embedded videos)
The website embeds videos from the YouTube platform (owned by Google LLC) to display the band's multimedia content. YouTube may collect data about the user's interaction with the videos.
B. Spotify (Embedded audio)
The website includes Spotify audio players so visitors can listen to the band's records. Spotify may place cookies to analyse use of the widget and personalise the user experience.
C. Google Maps (Embedded maps)
